Welcome. You have reached the Safinur study page. If you have any questions regarding information contained on this page and you wish to clarify or ask questions before continuing through either the registration process or the physician and patient portals please give us a call at 714-532-4632 or email us at info@safinur.com. Before you can enroll in the Safinur study you have to register and receive a patient ID. To register, simply fill out the "Safinur Registration Form" below.


 
 

Patients. If you are a patient and wish to know more about the Safinur study enter through the patient portal. You will need a patient ID and password to do so. Please fill out the registration form and submit it. You will receive a Patient ID and password within 24 hours. Alternatively give us a call at 714-532-4632 and we will assign you a Patient ID and password. Using the Patient ID and password you can enter the patient portal.
